Scope of Services
Gaugify provides software tools designed to support calibration, asset tracking, and quality-related workflows. The Services are intended to assist customers in managing information and documentation but do not replace internal quality systems, regulatory oversight, or professional judgment.
Payment Terms
Access to the Services is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or termination of access.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed in connection with the Services. GaugiFy does not access or review customer data except as required to operate and support the Services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for configuring, validating, reviewing, approving, and using GaugiFy within their own quality management and regulatory frameworks. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and audit requirements.
Termination of Services
GaugiFy may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for their data, records, and compliance obligations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GaugiFy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or regulatory-related damages, including audit findings, compliance failures, or business losses arising from the use of the Services.
Regulatory Use Disclaimer
GaugiFy is not a calibration laboratory, certification body, or regulatory authority. Use of the Services does not constitute certification, accreditation, regulatory approval, or compliance with ISO standards, FDA regulations, or other regulatory frameworks.
Changes to Services or Terms
GaugiFy may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Intellectual Property
All software, templates, and materials provided by GaugiFy remain the exclusive property of GaugiFy. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Services during the subscription term.
